Living and Teaching English in Colombia

Pereria, Colombia

Living and teaching on a coffee plantation.

Coffee fields at the farm

Some of the many fruit trees and colorful birds on the farm

A visit to the coffee mill in Armenia where the farm sells their beans

Coffee picking time-this is all done by hand and then carried up the steep hills in sacks to the processing and drying building before being sold.

Misc. photos. of some of the children I teach as well as a couple of day trips I took to Filandia and Salento

Colombia is truly a beautiful country with warm, friendly and helpful people.  Here’s a link to Salento which I fell in love with and visited often.
